Authorized sales channels and counterfeit products new
gramms products are sold exclusively through the following authorized channels: gramms.co, our official Amazon storefront, and our official TikTok Shop (@drinkgramms). gramms does not authorize the resale of its products through any other platform, marketplace, or third-party seller unless explicitly stated.
gramms' product quality warranty and return policy apply only to products purchased through authorized channels. We are not responsible for the quality, authenticity, safety, or condition of products obtained from unauthorized sellers. If you believe you have received a counterfeit or unauthorized product, please contact us at hello@gramms.co.
Subscription billing and recurring charges new
gramms offers subscription-based purchasing for eligible products. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize gramms and its payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency and price displayed at the time of enrollment.
Billing. Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will receive an email notification prior to each renewal charge. Subscription pricing is subject to change with reasonable advance notice to the email address on file.
Payment failures. If a recurring charge fails, we may attempt to process the payment again. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@gramms.co or through your subscription management portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Charges already processed are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund & Return Policy.
Modifications. You may pause, skip, or modify your subscription (including flavor and frequency) by contacting us at hello@gramms.co. We will confirm any changes made on your behalf.
Accuracy of billing and account information updated
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the contact information provided at the time of the order.

Optional tools

Dispute resolution new

We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days of receiving your notice.
If the dispute is not resolved informally, both parties agree to resolve it through binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), rather than in court. You and gramms each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Severability

Affiliate partnerships updated
gramms affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on, or using in any advertising campaign, our brand name, variations of our brand name (including misspellings), or any phrases that include our brand name, whether for search engine advertising or otherwise, in a manner that would cause customers to confuse your paid ads with those hosted or endorsed by gramms.
Affiliates are required to clearly disclose their paid relationship with gramms in accordance with FTC guidelines in all content, posts, and communications that reference or promote gramms products. Affiliates may not make health claims, medical claims, or drug claims in connection with gramms products beyond what is expressly authorized in writing by gramms.
Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your affiliate agreement, forfeiture of any outstanding commissions, and/or legal action.
