We're sorry to hear you're considering a return! So that you have all the info, here's what you need to know.


Return window

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unopened and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at hello@gramms.co. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Return shipping

We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label once your return is approved — no cost to you to send it back. Please note that original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at hello@gramms.co within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for resolution.


Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on:

Opened products. If a bag is opened or a product has been used, it is not eligible for return or refund.

Promotional and discounted orders. Items purchased with a promotional code, as part of a bundle, or at a discounted rate (for example, our 30-day Starter Bundle) are not eligible for return, partial return, or refund due to the nature of promotional pricing.


No satisfaction guarantee

gramms does not offer a satisfaction-based or money-back guarantee. Returns are accepted only when the conditions above are met.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you have questions about flavors or finding the right fit before purchasing, we're happy to help — reach out at hello@gramms.co.


Subscriptions

Subscription cancellations and modifications are handled separately from product returns. To manage your subscription, contact us at hello@gramms.co and we'll take care of it right away.


Refunds updated

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether it's been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are not included in the refund. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the amount.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't seen the refund, please contact us at hello@gramms.co.


Our right to decline returns

gramms reserves the right to refuse a return or refund request at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected abuse of this policy.


Policy updates

gramms reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.


Governing law

This policy and any disputes arising from it are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
