We want to get gramms to you as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.


Processing time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.


Shipping rates and estimated delivery

We ship all orders from our warehouse in Michigan. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier.

Standard ground shipping — 3–5 business days. Free on orders of $72 or more. A flat-rate shipping fee applies to orders below $72.

Customers on the coasts and in more remote areas may experience transit times toward the longer end of the estimated window, as we currently ship from a single distribution point. We're actively working to expand our fulfillment network to improve delivery speeds across the country.


Free shipping

Free standard shipping is automatically applied at checkout on all orders of $72 or more. No code needed.


Subscription orders

Subscription orders are processed and shipped automatically on your selected billing cycle. You'll receive an email notification 3 days before your next order is processed, giving you time to make any changes — including skipping, pausing, adjusting flavors, or updating your shipping address. To manage your subscription, visit your subscription management page or contact us at hello@gramms.co.


Shipping protection

We offer optional shipping protection through Route at checkout. Route covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages and makes filing a claim quick and easy at claims.route.com. If you decline shipping protection, gramms is not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.


Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please allow 24 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered slightly early. If it still hasn't arrived after 24 hours, contact us at hello@gramms.co with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@gramms.co within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll make it right.

gramms handles all carrier issues directly — you don't need to contact the carrier yourself.


Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to make a correction, contact us at hello@gramms.co as soon as possible — we can update your address before your order ships, but cannot guarantee changes once a shipment is in transit. gramms is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.


International shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — stay tuned.


Amazon orders

Orders placed through our Amazon storefront are fulfilled and shipped by Amazon and are subject to Amazon's own shipping policies and timelines. For questions about an Amazon order, please contact Amazon customer service directly or reach out to us at hello@gramms.co.
